AIR HANDLING UNITS I60
The air handling units of the I60-range are a modification of the S60 range and are equipped with a thermal insulated module frame of a rolled and galvanised section steel with bridges and corner joints of fibre glass reinforced polyamide. Between module frame parts and cast-aluminium joints EPDM sealings are used. Furthermore the design of the I60 range is on par with the S60 range.
AIR HANDLING UNITS S60
The air handling units of the S60-range are equipped with a module frame of a rolled and galvanised section steel and corner joints made of cast-aluminium or fibre-glass reinforced plastic. The cast-aluminium corner joints are available with or without M20 threads, e.g. for the assembly of jack rings on the top of the module. Depending on the module weight, other jack ring versions are available, too. Between module frame parts and cast-aluminium joints EPDM sealings are used.
AIR HANDLING UNITS S40
The air handling units of the S40-range are equipped with a module frame of a rolled and galvanised section steel and corner joints made of cast-aluminium or fibre-glass reinforced plastic. The cast-aluminium corner joints are available with or without M20 threads, e.g. for the assembly of jack rings on the top of the module. Depending on the module weight, other jack ring versions are available, too. Between module frame parts and cast-aluminium joints EPDM sealings are used.
AIR HANDLING UNITS A20
The AH-Units of the A20 range have got a hollow-sectioned, double-chambered aluminium frame profile which is joined together with corner joints of fibre-glass reinforced polyamide . To ensure a constant fitting of the side panels to the frame, the frame profile has got a guide groove. The module panels are 20mm thick and have got a double layered structure. Up to the unit size of 08Q sheets of galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.75mm are used on the inside and 1mm thick sheets are used on the outside. From the unit size of 10Q upwards the sheet thickness changes to 1mm on the inside and 1.25mm on the outside. Colour coatings (standard RAL 7035) or module panels of stainless steel (1.4301) or aluminium (AlMg3) are available on request. The glass wool matting filled into the module panels is noncombustible, sound-absorbing and heat-insulating. The module panels are screwed to the inner chamber of the frame profile. The two -chamber system reduces the heat transition of the frame profile so that condensate can be avoided to a large extent here.
